1. Which payment methods are accepted?
We currently only accept credit card payments and PayPal.

2. How long does it take for an order to arrive?
We will ship your purchase within 2 - 3 business days. 
FREE UK delivery: delivery within 5-8 business days after dispatch.
International Shipping (£4.95): delivery within 9-14 business days after dispatch.

3. What is the status of my order?
When your item is shipped you will automatically receive an email with a tracking number and link. Click on the link and check where your item is currently.
*Due to the current pandemic, shipping on orders may be temporarily delayed. Your order may make an extra stop along the journey-rest assured that your package is on its way and that we're doing our best to get it to you as quickly as we can.
4. Help! My tracking information hasn't updated in a while! 
Sometimes tracking information can take 24 to 48 hours to update after your order ships. Also, it may take 1-2 days to update between package scans as your order moves between carrier locations. No worries! Your order is likely still en route to you!

5. I haven't received my order yet! Is it lost?
No worries! If you have any concerns with your order, please contact our support team by email and they will be glad to assist you.
